Returning an Item
We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the amount of the items purchased if:
- You return any book in its original condition
- You return any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software.
- You obtain a Return Authorization number (see below) for your return within 14 days of delivery date.
Please note that all gifts, cards, stationary, MCS Readers and toys are non-returnable.
To receive authorization for a return, please contact customer service at customers@BooksforChrist.com to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number.
Once you receive an RA number, please ship the item(s) back within 14 business days or the RA number will become null and void. Unauthorized returns (no RA number) are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.
Refunds
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify customer service at customers@BooksforChrist.com and we will replace or refund your order right away.
