Christmas Holiday Shipping Closure

Due to statutory holiday closures with Canada Post and our various
book vendors, we not be shipping any order for the following day(s):

  • Monday December 27th to Monday January 3rd, 2011

All shipments will resume on January 4th, 2011.  Thank you for your understanding.

Canadian Shipping Rates

Expedited - excluding remote areas (additional charges may apply)

Two to Five Business Days
Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $250; no weekend delivery.

Per Shipment - $4.95

Per Item - $1.95 (will be added for each additional item)

Express - excluding remote areas (additional charges may apply)

One to Three Business Days
No weekend delivery; signature upon delivery required for shipments over $250.

Per Shipment - 10.99

FREE Local Pick Up Option

We are pleased to provide a Local Pick Up Option for customers in the Greater Toronto Area, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time.  If you would like to take advantage of our pick up service, all you have to do is:

  1. Place your item(s) in your cart and proceed through our online check out
  2. Click "Local Pick Up" in the Shipping Options section
  3. After you have completed the checkout process, wait to receive 2 emails:

  • Order Confirmation email – verifies we’ve received your order

  • Pickup Notification email – confirms that we have reserved your item(s) and your purchase is ready for pickup. It will also walk you through the steps you’ll take when you get to our warehouse

We kindly ask you to wait until you receive a “Pick Up” Notification email before attempting to pick up your order. Your order will not be ready for pick up until this email is sent to you.

FREE Shipping Option (only in Canada)

Take advantage of our FREE Shipping option by:

  1. Placing at least $50 worth of merchandise in your Shopping Cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Ship your items to a single Canadian address.
  4. Select Free Shipping as your shipping speed.  
  5. Select "Ship items together" as your shipping preference.
  6. Place your order!

FREE Shipping Terms & Conditions:

  • Applies only to orders with over $50 of merchandise excluding redeemable Rewards Points, gift cards, and taxes.
  • FREE Shipping does not apply to orders that exceed the maximum Free Shipping weight of 10 kg.  In such cases the customer will be notified of the shipping surcharge.
  • Applies to Canadian delivery addresses only
  • The Free Shipping offer must be selected at the time of purchase to ensure eligibility for your free delivery
  • Cancelling items or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for FREE Shipping. You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if:

    • Any eligible items are cancelled, bringing the total below $50.
    • You select "Ship items as they become available" under Shipping Options.

Shipping Preferences

Some items that you order may be available to ship earlier than others. If you need to receive some certain items in your order more quickly than others, you can choose from one of these shipping preferences when you place an order:

  1. Group my items into one shipment: Trying to keep shipping costs down? Choose this first option. We'll consolidate your items into one shipment and your entire order will not be shipped until ALL items (including pre-orders) are in stock.
  2. I want my items faster. Ship them when they become available (at additional cost): Ordering items with different availabilities? Choose this option to have your items ship as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment, but you'll get some or all of your items earlier than you would if you'd chosen the "Group my items into one shipment" option. Please note you will not be eligible for Free Shipping.
