How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to provide FREE shipping (excluding furniture and bulk orders) for orders over $49 to almost all locations in Canada. Shipments to remote locations and/or furniture, oversized and bulk orders will be charged the actual cost of freight with no handling charges and no uplift on these costs.
We believe in providing you with fair shipping cost which means more savings for you!
Can I buy a Gift Card?
Yes! Gift Cards are available to purchase. All you need to do is add the Gift Card to your cart and after you check out, we will email you the redeemable code.
What are your payment options?
Shopping online has never been more safe, easy and secure. Our order process uses a Secured Socket Layer or SSL for short, which protects your credit card and order information while it travels across the Internet to us.

Do you price match with other stores?
Our hope is to make shopping at BooksforChrist.com as affordable as possible and we believe that you will find our pricing to be fair and competitive. As a result, we do not have a price-matching policy at this time and we are unable to offer additional discounts on larger orders of a single product or on large orders of many individual products.
How can I return or exchange a product?
We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card or credit your account for the amount of the items purchased if:
- You return any item in its original condition
- You return any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software.
- You obtain a Return Authorization number (see below) for your return within 30 days of delivery date.
To receive authorization for a return, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number.
Once you receive an RA number, please ship the item(s) back within 14 business days or the RA number will become null and void:
We'll notify you of your refund or credit via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund or credit in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify customer service at email@example.com within 48 hours up receipt of the order. If you receive a parcel that appears damaged in any way, please report a “Possible Hidden Damage” to the delivery agent before signing and they will register it on the freight bill. When reporting any damage or shortage to us, please provide us with your customer and order number, which can be found printed on your packing slip.
Do I pay sales taxes?
Sales taxes depend on the “Ship to” address of the order.
HST is applied to all orders shipped to an Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Newfoundland and Labrador address regardless of the billing address.
GST is applied to orders shipped to addresses outside of Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Newfoundland and Labrador.
